No Peek Pork Chops and Rice

This was dinner last night and it was so easy and so delicious! You are going to love it!

What you need:

  • 8 boneless pork chops

  • 1 tablespoon seasoned pepper

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

  • 2 cups chicken broth or water

  • 1 1/2 cups long grain white rice, uncooked

  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix

  • Kosher salt, as needed

Lets get started:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.

  2. Add cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, rice, and onion soup mix to a bowl and combine, pour mixture into baking dish.

  3. Season both side of pork chops with seasoned pepper and a bit of salt and place on top of rice mixture.

  4. Cover dish tightly with foil and bake until pork chops are cooked through and rice is tender, 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes.
