This was dinner last night and it was so easy and so delicious! You are going to love it!
What you need:
8 boneless pork chops
1 tablespoon seasoned pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups chicken broth or water
1 1/2 cups long grain white rice, uncooked
1 packet dry onion soup mix
Kosher salt, as needed
Lets get started:
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
Add cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, rice, and onion soup mix to a bowl and combine, pour mixture into baking dish.
Season both side of pork chops with seasoned pepper and a bit of salt and place on top of rice mixture.
Cover dish tightly with foil and bake until pork chops are cooked through and rice is tender, 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes.
