Time to bring in a vegetable dish! Baby carrots are always a great snack for me with some dipping ranch but I love to be able to have them showcased at dinner time too.
What you need:
1 lb baby carrots
3 tablespoon salted butter melted
¼ teaspoon salt
⅓ c brown sugar
cinnamon optional
Lets get started:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Add the carrots to a 9x13 baking dish.
Drizzle the melted butter over the carrots then sprinkle with salt and brown sugar.
If you'd like to add cinnamon, sprinkle that on top.
Stir to coat the carrots and evenly distribute the brown sugar.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until carrots are tender.
